2. Summary
- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools.
- No third-party content is embedded. Fonts, scripts and graphics are served exclusively from our own server.
- We only process personal data where technically required to operate the website or where you provide it to us yourself (e.g. by email).
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (“Cloudflare”). Cloudflare delivers the website via a globally distributed network (content delivery network).
When you visit the website, Cloudflare automatically processes information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file and amount of data transferred, referrer URL (if transmitted), browser type, operating system and HTTP status code.
This processing is necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The server log files are collected by Cloudflare and stored only for as long as necessary for these purposes; we do not combine them with other data sources. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare. Personal data may be transferred to the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF); the transfer is based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). 4. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process your email address, your name and the content of your message in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete your data once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. Section 257 HGB, Section 147 AO).
5. Contact form
The contact form currently does not transmit any data to a server. When submitted, it opens your own email client with a pre-filled message; we only receive your details once you send that email yourself. Section 4 then applies.
6. Encryption
This website uses TLS encryption (HTTPS) for security reasons.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3)).
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): where we process data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. An informal message to yasin.yildiz@team-codex.com is sufficient.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW), Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
8. Obligation to provide data, automated decisions
You are not obliged to provide personal data, but we cannot answer an enquiry without a means of contact. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
